      Lula Helen Klabzuba, daughter of Joseph and Julia Ann Benyshek Baxa, was born September 8, 1911, at rural Haddam, Kansas, and died November 24, 1996, at Lutheran Home, Belleville, Kansas, at the age of 85 years, two months and 16 days. She attended public school and graduated from the 8th grade. She was a homemaker and moved to Belleville in 1975 from the farm. She lived her entire life in Republic County, Kansas. She was united in marriage to Joseph Klabzuba. She was a member of the Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joseph, three brothers, Joe, Ernest and George and one sister, Mary Bergstrom. She is survived by one sister, Bertha Ellis of Campbell, Nebraska. Funera services were held Tuesday, November 26, 1996, at 3 p.m. at the Bachelor-Faulkner-Dart-Surber Memorial Chapel, Belleville, Kansas, with Father John Moeder officiating. Bural was made in Belleville Cemetery in Belleville, Kansas.
